1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Forezzi website (the "Site") or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Website
Forezzi provides premium property management, residence stewardship, and curated guest stays. This Site is informational and is used to share information and receive inquiries. It is not a booking platform, and submitting a form does not create any service, management, or booking relationship.
3. Separate Engagement Agreements
Any actual property-management, stewardship, or guest-stay engagement with Forezzi is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, an owner or management agreement, or a guest reservation agreement). Nothing on this Site constitutes such an agreement, an offer, or a guarantee of services, availability, pricing, or results.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and have the authority to submit an inquiry, including on behalf of any property or person you reference.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; to interfere with or disrupt it; to attempt unauthorized access; to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted; to submit false, fraudulent, or infringing information; or to impersonate any person or entity.
6. Inquiries & Accuracy
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any information about a property. You are responsible for the content you submit.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Forezzi name and marks — are owned by Forezzi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
8. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant Forezzi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it, without any obligation to you.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for them; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including as to accuracy, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose — to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forezzi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forezzi and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the Site, are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where a specific governing law or venue applies to your relationship with Forezzi, it is set out in your separate written agreement with us.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date above.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, including for violation of these Terms.
